Overview

This is an agreement between WalrusGaming ("WG") and you. By purchasing any service, you agree to these Terms of Service. WalrusGaming reserves the right to suspend and/or terminate services, with or without refund, and with or without prior notice or warning for any reason. WalrusGaming reserves the right to change these Terms of Service at any given time, with or without notification. In the case of service change, if the current client(s) do not agree to the new Terms of Service, their service will be terminated. WalrusGaming reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse new service to any individual, group, or business. WalrusGaming also retains’ the right to discontinue service for any client for any reason or no reason and at any time, including without limitation for violation of this TOS.

Acceptable Use Policy

Failure to abide by the rules and regulations listed in the WalrusGaming Rules Section can result in the termination of your service. This includes and is not limited to: posting content which is illegal in content or against the rules, releasing sensitive or private information of community members, exploiting, glitching or hacking.

Refunding Policy

WalrusGaming provides absolutely no refunds, as the service is a nonphysical good and given immediately upon payment.

Regarding Ultimate Liability

The client is responsible for properly protecting his/her account and entering the correct information in regards to his/her STEAMID. If an incorrect STEAMID is entered, the client can request to have the STEAMID on his service altered.
